While
the flight attendant was collecting garbage, I was trying to reach the seat pocket for my emptied
iced-coffee cup. As I tried to pull out the cup, the flight attendant showed
exceptional care by reminding me to watch out for my cup of coke that is on
the tray. This is “wow” service! Bonus point!

attendant asked if we wanted a full can, and asked again if we wanted more
pretzels on the way back to the galley.
This to me was outstanding services!
It may be the company policy to save cost and offer only a cup, but I’ve
seen many times when at the end, the half poured cans were disposed into the
sink. Why not just offer full cans
instead of wasting them? I think there
is a higher chance for PAX to finish the complete can, considering the dry
atmosphere inflight.
